David services the wills, trusts and probate work that the practice undertakes.

 

He is a consultant solicitor with many years of experience in the preparation of wills and trust deeds that meet the diverse needs of the clients of the practice. He also offers advice on routine inheritance tax estate planning.

 

He regularly obtains grant of probate for the executor clients of the practice including cases where the deceased died resident abroad having retained assets in England and Wales.

 

In addition, David is skilled at drafting powers of attorney and, where appropriate, has overseen the registration of those powers of attorney at the Office of the Public Guardian.

 

David has an excellent working knowledge of the the workings of the Court of Protection, including the application process for deputyship orders and other applications before the Court. David can also assist in the preparation of deputyship annual returns.
