Younes is a highly experienced multi-lingual Consultant, operating in England, Morocco (MENA region) and the EEA. He is our in-house Legal Counsel for the Moroccan Consulate in London.

 

Younes is currently the Vice President of the Moroccan Foreign Practicing Lawyers Association (Réseau Avocats MRE) and Head of Corporate Commercial at the award winning Legal 100 (MENA region) Bakkali Law Firm in Morocco.

 

Younes has over 25 years of legal experience and his work covers litigation including contentious insolvency, corporate and commercial law (including cross-border & offshoring matters), banking & Islamic finance.  His specialist industry sectors include banking & finance, construction (including EPC), technology, energy, transport & logistics, manufacturing, retail, leisure & hospitality.

 

Younes is fluent in Arabic, French, Spanish and English.
