• Tier 1 Entrepreneur 

​

      This route is intended for migrants who wish to establish, join or take over businesses in the UK with a minimum                     investment of £200,000 (or £50,000 in certain circumstances).

​

      This route is now closed to new applications but remains open for extension and settlement applications and                         associated dependant applications. It has been replaced by the Innovator visa route.

​

      We charge a fixed fees for extension and settlement (indefinite leave to remain) applications under this route. Our fees           ranges from £5,000 to £7,500 plus Vat and disbursements depending on the type of application, its complexities and the       number of applicants applying.

• Tier 1 Investor

​

      This route is designed for high net worth individuals who intend to make a minimum investment of £2m in UK                         government bonds, share or loan capital or actively trading UK companies.  .

 

      In return for their investment successful applicants are not only granted working rights but also residency rights which           can ultimately lead to settlement (indefinite leave to remain) on a fast track basis. 

 

      Successful applicants can be accompanied by their dependants who may not only seek paid employment but may also       have access to the UK's education system.

 

      We charge a fixed fees for initial applications, extension applications and indefinite leave to remain applications under           this route. Our fees ranges from £7,500 to £10,000 plus Vat and disbursements depending on the type of application, its       complexities and the number of applicants applying.

• Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur

​

      This route allows overseas graduates to set up their business in the UK.

 

      This route closed to all applicants on 6 July 2019, however migrants in this category may still switch to Tier 1                           (Entrepreneur) with the reduced investment amount of £50,000 and be joined by dependants.

      

      We charge a fixed fees for graduate entrepreneur applications. Our fees ranges from £2,500 to £3,000 plus Vat and               disbursements depending on the issues, its complexities and the number of applicants applying.

• Start-up visa

​

      The Start-up route enables new entrepreneurs from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and                                       Switzerland to establish their first business in the UK.

​

      Applicants must secure an endorsement from a Home Office approved endorsing body, verifying that their business             plan is innovative, viable and scalable.

​

      Successful applicants will be granted a visa for a limited period of 2 years. This period is not extendable however                   applicants may be able to switch to the Innovator visa route. 

​

• Innovator visa

​

      The Innovator visa route is aimed at experienced entrepreneurs who wish to establish a business in the UK.

​

      The applicant must secure an endorsement from a Home Office-approved endorsing body, verifying that their business         is innovative, viable and scalable. A minimum investment of £50,000 is required in most cases.

​

      Successful applicants will be granted a visa for a period of 3 years. There is no limit on the number of times this visa can       be extended. 

​

• Skilled Worker 

​

      This route allows skilled migrants to come to the UK in order to fill a temporary gap in the labour market. Successful               applicants must hold a valid Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) and have adequate funds to maintain themselves whilst in       the UK.

• Intra Company Transfers

​

      This route enables employees of multinational employers to be transferred to a UK branch to fill a specific vacancy or for       training purposes.

• Tier 2 (Sportsperson)

​

      This route is designed for elite sportspeople and coaches whose employment will make a substantial contribution to the       development of their individual sports at the very highest level in the UK. Those applying must be internationally                     established and be endorsed by their sport's governing body.

• Student visa 

​

      This route allows students over the age of 16 to study at a university or a college that holds a valid sponsor licence.               Successful applicants must hold a valid Certificate of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) and have adequate funds to                   maintain themselves whilst in the UK.

• Child Student visa

​

      This route enables children aged 4 to 17 years to study at an independent educational institution in the UK that holds a         valid sponsor licence. 

​

      Successful applicants must have a place on a course, have the consent of their parent or guardian and hold sufficient           funds to maintain themselves whilst in the UK. Depending on the age of the applicants, initial visas may be granted for           up to 6 years.

• Representatives of an overseas business

​

      This route is designed specifically for overseas businesses that wish to establish a presence in the UK. 

 

      It provides a route of entry and stay in the UK for individuals who intend to be the sole UK representative of an overseas       business or media employees of overseas newspapers, news agencies or broadcasting organisations who are being           posted by their overseas employer on a long-term UK posting.

• Visitors

​

      This route allows overseas nationals to visit the UK for a short period of time for leisure or business. ​

​

      Successful applicants will need to demonstrate that they wish to visit the UK for no longer than six months and that they         will be leaving the UK at the end of the visit. They must also have sufficient funds to maintain themselves whilst in the             UK.

​

• Family based applications

​

• Indefinite leave to remain

​

       Indefinite Leave to Remain, or Permanent Residence, entitles migrants the right to live and work in the UK without any           immigration restrictions.

​

      Depending on the type of visa they hold, migrants may be entitled to apply for indefinite leave after 3, 5, 10 or 20 years         of continuous residence in the UK.

​
