Need to challenge a Settled Status decision?

  • Submit a fresh application

  • A Right of Appeal – this applies to decisions under the EU Settlement Scheme made on or after 11pm on 31 January 2020 - Appeals will usually be to the First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) and must be made within 14 days or 28 days

  • Seek an Administrative Review – critically, new evidence can be submitted unlike 'standard' administrative review

  • Challenge the decision by way of Judicial Review

Please get in touch if you wish to discuss further.
